There are three that bear witness in the earth. The water, the blood, and the Spirit, and these three agree in one. And these come together in the tenants of baptism the Apostle Peter preached at Pentecost. In the waters of repentance, the blood of remission and the Spirit of Truth.
So, when our church doctrines reject part of these tenants, your salvation rests in their doctrines, and not with JESUS. For they say, you only have to call upon the name of the Lord to be saved, and so reject those ordinances JESUS set in his Word for you, and me to be saved.
