The 7th Church Angel
As the Apostle Paul was the first Church Angel to the churches in the nations, William Branham was the seventh. While Branham’s discernment and healing ministries gathered people to Jesus’ Gospel, it was the third part of his calling; the preaching of the Seven Church Ages and the Seven Seals which crowned his life’s service. It was in this ‘third pull’ as Branham called it, the LORD Jesus Christ began to open through His prophet the mysteries sealed in Books of the Bible.
In March 1962, William Branham preached for seven days on the Seven Seals written in the Book of Revelation. While the LORD revealed the first Six Seals to him and those gathered; the Seventh Seal remained closed. However, Branham was permitted to glimpse the last Seal, and saw that like the six preceding Seals, it would unfold in three parts. As Branham saw the Seventh Seal begin to open he heard seven thunders sound. In Revelation Chapter 10 we read:
(Revelation 10:1-7) And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,
And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, And sware by him that lives for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
William Branham was not given understanding of the thunder messages except to say, they held those mysteries still hidden in the Seals; the Trumpets and the Plagues. As the Apostle John was forbidden to write what the thunders uttered, so the last Seal was opened in silence.
Between the last two Seals in the Book of Revelation; the sixth and seventh, is a chapter that speaks of the sealing of the Twelve Tribes of Israel, and of multitudes from all nations who are saved from great tribulation. Branham understood this pause between these last Seals related to the seven thunders. However, this brother like most Christians at the time was blind to God’s Israel, a failing that remains in the churches today.
In sum: The Seventh Seal was not opened by William Branham nor did the LORD permit him to preach on the Seven Trumpets, although he hoped to do so, in 1964. While Branham did preach on the ‘mark of the beast’ during his ministry, it was not until November 1965 when the LORD revealed to him the depth of the ‘mark’ in Scripture. Branham had planned to preach on ‘The Beast in Eden to the Beast in Revelation’ the following year, but sadly this servant of God died a few weeks later, in December 1965.

The 7th Angel
William Branham was the Seventh Church Angel to the multitudes in the nations, but was not the Seventh Angel of Revelation 10. If he was, then all the mysteries of God would have been made known during Branham’s ministry. Because the Seals can only be opened by the Slain Lamb, they can only be finished by the Lion of Juda. The Seventh Angel is the LORD Jesus. In all things; He is the first and the last; the author and the finisher of our faith.
An Angel is a portion or part, of God’s Word. Or if you like, Spirits of God that each hold a piece of the puzzle; some more than others. The Angel to the Church of Ephesus had a message; the Angel to the Church in Smyrna had another message, and so on. The seven Spirits of the Churches are seven Spirits of Jesus Christ; I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

The LORD that was…
.
Jesus’ purpose in the seven Church Angels, the Seals, the Trumpets and Plagues, is seen in Israel’s exodus from Egypt in the time of Moses. The Angel of the Covenant of the Law led Israel; the Law being an image of things yet to come. In this Angel was the name of YWYH, (the Existing One) and in this name, Israel’s transgressions were never forgiven. The tribes were led to the promised-land, a place where God was to drive out seven nations mightier than Israel on the condition they worshipped only the LORD God.
[Exodus 23:20-24] Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him…..
For my Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in to the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off. Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images.

.
[Deuteronomy 7:1] When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou go to possess it, and have cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;

The LORD that is…

God’s purpose has never changed. Jesus Christ ‘the same yesterday, today, and forever,’ seeks to call us out of our sin, so that He can lead us to His ‘promised land.’ However, His Kingdom is not a place far away, but something that dwells in us; for know you not that the kingdom of God is within you?
To be clear: Jesus’ Kingdom is not in Palestine though thieves have claimed it as such, nor is it of this world. This was confirmed by Jesus Himself, who before his death said; my kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from here.
In His season, Jesus was the Word of God made flesh. His Angel was the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. His given name: Jesus means, ‘the salvation of the Existing One.’ Not the image of things to come, but the true image of God. The Apostle Paul said, without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
Adam also, was the Word of God made flesh, but created from an earthly Law. Consider our earthly nature and you will know. So, when the Existing One on the day of man’s creation said; ‘let us make man in our own image,’ he spoke of the journey of the natural man, made in the image of the Law, to the spiritual man, created in the image of Jesus’ Gospel and beyond. The same type of journey we see from Egypt to the promised-land.
.
The LORD that is to come…
.
Jesus said; the kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
We know from Isaiah the Prophet, that the Christ would be called; the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace, the Counsellor. When the Christ was born they named Him Jesus. So too the Apostles, having been commanded by Jesus to baptise into the titles of the father, the son and Holy Ghost, baptized into the name of Jesus Christ. (Acts 2:38; 19:5)
So, the Kingdom of God is hidden in three dispensations of the One LORD that unfold in His seasons as the Father; the Son, and the Holy Ghost. First the Law, then the Gospel of the Kingdom, and then the Kingdom come. The Seventh Trumpet declares:
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying; the kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, We give thee thanks, Lord God Almighty, which is, and was, and is to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and have reigned.
Jesus, the same yesterday, today, and forever is the LORD God Almighty, which is, and was, and is to come. God’s testimony to Moses was; ‘I AM That I AM… the Existing One.’ This testimony is the root of the offspring who keep the Faith of Jesus; Hear O Israel, the LORD thy GOD is One LORD.
To enter the Kingdom of God you must first be born again. If you believe Jesus is both LORD and Christ, then you believe Jesus alone is LORD, and there is no god beside him. Repent then of your creeds, and be baptised in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sin. Then shall the Angel of the LORD, the Spirit of Jesus Christ dwell in you, seal His Name in your mind, and shall write His law in your heart.
To the fallen: Come to the Feast of Tabernacles. Believe the Great Trumpet; Israel, God is One LORD! Afflict your hearts and repent, and let Jesus’ blood atone for the sin of unbelief. Then, Jesus will dwell in your earthly tabernacle for a season, as he dwelt with Israel in the wilderness in their season. In these three parts, we see Jesus as the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, bringing us to Him. These three parts are found in the Church Angel Messages, the Seals, the Trumpets and the Plagues.
.
The LORD God Almighty…
.
However, for the Kingdom of God to come, our fleshly hearts and minds must be changed; as flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. Our ‘old man’ must be put to death in kind in the Outer Court, (the Father) and having entered into the Sanctuary of Jesus Gospel, (the Son) we pass into the Holy Place, (the Holy Spirit). The way of Christ’s unfolding salvation laid out in the Tabernacle of Witness for all generations to gaze upon.
Remember how the LORD told Moses He would drive out seven nations greater than Israel from the promised-land. So too, Jesus our High Priest, will drive out seven spirits within this earthly tabernacle stronger than us. Why? Because we are created by a Law bound with the plagues of God’s sevenfold vengeance, and only Jesus can loose them in us.
William Branham said the first four Seals in the Book of Revelation pertained to Satan, and the last three to God. I agree, but also say, the first four relate to men’s falling away from the Commandments of God and the Faith of Jesus, when we go into the bondage of men’s creeds, traditions and laws. The last three Seals speak of God calling us out of this sin, and our translation from this earthly kingdom to the Kingdom of our LORD Jesus Christ.
Now, take the simplicity of this understanding and apply it across the seven Angel Messages, the Seals, the Trumpets and Plagues. Take then, every true revelation you have received from the Books of God’s Word and divide them in their midst yet again. Then, let Jesus Christ, the LORD God Almighty, divide the time and times of His Testimony yet once more, but now in you. For all these things are the dividing of time and the opening of the Books spoken of in Daniel, and the dividing of time, the half hour silence of the Seventh Seal.
They are the dividing of the times of the LORD’S Christ in you and the translation of our being, first shown when Enoch, the seventh from Adam, was translated in the midst of his days.
But if these things are more than our carnal minds can comprehend, then rest, and allow the Lion of Juda to finish His work. For if Jesus does dwell in you, then at the moment His seven thunders utter in you, then you shall be changed and time shall be no more. He is the Angel of the Everlasting Covenant who sware by himself because there is none greater than He.

The 7th Seal
.
The Seventh Seal is the dividing of time.
In the Book of Daniel it is referred to as; ‘a time, a times, and the dividing of time.
In the Book of Revelation, its half-hour silence, is bound between the voices, thunders, lightening and earthquakes that utter at the opening of the Seven Trumpets. And, the voices, thunders, lightening and great earthquake that utters at the close of the Seven Plagues.
I would like to leave the final say on the matter to the testimony Jesus declared in Isaiah the Prophet. Please look too at the meaning of the words ‘sworn/swear,’ in the context of the seven thunders that utter from the Seventh Angel in Revelation 10.
Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else. I have ¹sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall ¹swear. (Isaiah 45:22-23)
[Strongs 7650 from H7651] to seven oneself, that is, swear (as if by repeating a declaration seven times)
